Sushi Kaiser in Dusseldorf

Hands off!!! At first we were surprised how quickly the delivery arrived. A few hours later it was clear why. The food cannot possibly have been freshly prepared when it comes from Düsseldorf to Neuss so quickly. Fish hardly had any taste. That same evening I started vomiting, for me and my partner ... Coincidence? Don't think so. The next day I call them to get my money back because I don't pay to get food poisoning. There was a lot of discussion but it was decided that they should transfer the money back to me or half because I can understand that these are difficult times for the gastronomy and wages still had to be paid. Two weeks later there was still no money so I called again and they insulted me. When I said that I would log the incident on Google, the boss replied "we will not be threatened". When I wanted to explain that this was not a threat but simply the consequence of such poor service, the man on the phone got very loud and then hung up. Summary: definitely not recommended, I'd rather starve to death before;)

The quality is exceptionally good, something that cannot be taken for granted for a delivery service. The variety of dishes is great. There is something for every taste. I can only recommend. The partially negative reviews here remain incomprehensible and exaggerated for me. There is absolutely nothing to complain about.

Service: no star Ordered with lieferando, ordered two california rolls but two huge makis are delivered instead, called and was told by the manager the boss knows about the wrong naming and there is nothing he could do and that we should order next time somewhere else. WOW! And yes we will.

Much rice, little fish. Rock-hard avocado. Delivery took 30 minutes longer than previously communicated.

One of the best sushi in Düsseldorf! Just ordered and picked up from TooGoodtoGo, and I'm more than satisfied! I hope that the team survives the Corona period well, it would be a real shame if they had to close. Super good and warm service on top, thanks again ❤️

Sadly, our order was rather disappointing. At first, they packed the wrong bag in the kitchen and delivered it to our door, so we had to call them for a correction. Thereafter, we finally received the right order, but the quality of the food was mediocre at best. The eggs in the tamago nigiri and maki were much too sweet and overcooked. They were tough and besides very sweet rather tasteless. The maki fell apart very easily and the avocado inside them was not entirely ripe. There was also no seasoning or any trace of creativity to complement the condiments of the maki within the dish. A true shame, because their profiling is better than their food.

Sushi average, mochi though is to die for!

1 hour and 45 minutes waiting time. Instead of chicken filling, there were vegetables in the dumplings. Instead of the savory rolls ordered, there were some with vegetables. The tuna in the other rolls was canned. Overall, the quality wasn't better than the sushi box at the discounter (for a fraction of the price). Conclusion: never again!

Young and dynamic team. The food is great. I can definitely recommend the sushi and I prefer the Gyoza bags.

Very delicious sushi that is even delivered fairly promptly. However, tip: * NEVER * order Gari (ginger) separately, this is * always * calculated but * never * delivered. Even with orders above 50 euros, the employees do not seem to be able to concentrate.

The canned tuna in the baked tuna roll really disappointed me! Dear sushi emperor, you can definitely do better and that is also expected at the price. The other role was very tasty!

Contrary to the good reviews at Lieferando we ordered sushi here. Unfortunately it is not recommended. Delivery after over 90 minutes, taste rather lower middle class and not worth the high price.

My entry into the sushi world, very tasty, afterwards there was Gyoza which were also very delicious. Everything went afloat and the boss is always right. Thank you and goodbye. 👏

Great place to order or take away sushi. They also have a few seats (~8) available at their location. Sushi is not expensive yet very good. No alcohol or restrooms available at the restaurant!

You get what you pay. The primary service is the delivery. This is not a restaurant at all. I have experience very polite staff and fresh "cooked" Shushi" but the quality is as you should expect it for the price. The fish, the rice, the seaweed, the tempura...this is all fine for a delivery service but not for a good Sushi Asia restaurant. So if you have never eaten really good and I mean typical Japanese food before this location is ok for you. For everyone who is expecting real good Sushi: Hands off!
